Are there any good quality hand held sewing machines out there?

I want to get a hand-held sewing machine because I personally don't like lugging out the machine every time I need it, then having it repeatedly get jammed and having to pay someone to fix it. It is a real pain especially seeing as I make very small things when using the sewing machine and don't require anything more than something that moves foreword, has a back stitch, and is able to sew through material such as fleece with easy. Does anyone have any suggestions?
